See below the booking section for frequently asked questions
Do I have to arrive right on time for open play?
You do not, we leave a big window of arrival time so you can choose when to arrive. We know it’s hard to get anywhere on time with young children.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my play booking?
You must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment to receive a make-up play session. No refunds. We recommend rescheduling vs cancelling, since you can reschedule as many times as needed. Go to your booking email confirmation and click “reschedule” to move it to a future date that works for you.
What is your cleaning and sanitizing policy?
We sanitize the play space throughout the day with a formula that kills germs and bacteria continuously for 24 hours. We use a fogger machine with Force of Nature, which is proven to kill 99.99% of harmful germs and bacteria.
A reminder of being in contact with a group of kids:
Our space and surfaces are clean, but being in contact with other children means that your child will get sick every so often. Pediatricians confirm that It's very common for your child to become ill with several viral illnesses shortly after beginning daycare or preschool, or going to classes or spaces with other children, up to 8-12 sicknesses per year. Sicknesses typically settle down after the first year of group childcare/activities. Several studies show that kids who are sick early tend to be less sick for the remainder of their preschool years. Immune systems tend to strengthen by age 6.
My baby is too young to play, do I need to pay for them?
Our space is designed with the littlest ones in mind. babies using the space need to be included in our headcount and capacity for their safety. For example: Sitting on floor or equipment, standing, crawling, etc. Therefore at this age, they would need to be paid for.
Infants that aren’t leaving the car seat, baby carrier or caretaker’s arms do not need to be included in the headcount or payment.
I have a child older than 5, are we allowed to play?
Older children should get a little pep talk before entering, and be carefully watched. They are older than the group and need to refrain from running, climbing(!!!), horseplay etc. If the child is not able to play safely around the younger kids, we have some games and activities in the seating / dining area such as legos etc. We ask that you keep your child out of the play space if they are not able to play safely with the littles. Thank you for your understanding.
M A N D A T O R Y :
Everyone that is entering the play area must sign the play waiver for themselves and their kiddos. We will ask you to sign one at check-in if we don’t have one on file.
